The LC Surveyor Unit has become a staple in many of our clients' production process. This compact powerhouse takes up less floor space allowing work a safe workspace all while packing a big punch.

Brake Assembly:

Dual band design with sufficient stop and hold capability

Excellent heat dissipation characteristics

Positive locking mechanical brake lever installed on operator console

Drive Assembly:

 Drive assembly to be chain and sprocket drive with an idler tensioning system.  A transmission with three speeds forward and one reverse gear for even more pulling power will be installed. Shifting lever will be located convenient to the operator. Hydraulic motor will drive the transmission.

Power Drive Assembly:

 Power drive assembly will be by an electric motor producing 15 horsepower with UL/CSA approval. All electrical components will explosion proof rated to Class 1 Group D Division 1 standard. A matching starter control box will be installed. Voltage will be set at 3 phase / 240 / 480volt 60 hertz unless otherwise requested by the customer. Electric motor will drive the hydraulic pump.

Hydraulics:

 Hydraulic assembly will be of open loop design, 2,000 psi working pressure. A rugged duty pump and motor will be installed.  Control will be by a directional control valve with infinite speed control and operator adjustable relief valve. A safety type pressure gauge, dual scale will be installed to monitor the system working pressure. Hydraulic fluid will be supplied from a large capacity reservoir with breather/strainer type filler cap.
