SKID MOUNTED UNITS

The Standard Wireline Unit is designed for general light duty well servicing operations.  Not limited to bottom-hole pressure/temperature surveys, operations include:  choke work paraffin work and hole deviation surveys.  The basic standard model includes a free spooling drum, dog clutch, band type brake with ratchet, brake lever, roller chain drum drive and 9 HP gasoline engine.  All equipment is mounted on base plate with drip rail. 

The Retriever Wireline Unit is a proven design. This unit is a compact self-contained electric powered winch designed with economical drilling rig applications in mind. All the components including the hydraulic reservoir are installed within the frame for protections. This unit incorporates all explosion proof motor and controls and is also available in a rig powered version. Factory installed level wind can extend wireline life. Operating controls are located behind the unit away from the fast moving wire. This gives the operator a full view of activity around the rig floor. The smaller foot print makes spotting and operating this unit easier. 

The LC Surveyor Unit has become a staple in many of our clients' production process. This compact powerhouse takes up less floor space allowing work a safe workspace all while packing a big punch.

 The Standard Surveyor Unit is a work horse on our customers Drilling Rigs. While similar in design to our smaller units, it has much more line capacity as well as increased horsepower giving more pulling power and greater line speeds.  This is a high performance unit that will get the job done.  It is powered by external hydraulic power source. 

 The Upright Surveyor Unit is a work horse on our customers Drilling Rigs. While similar in design to our smaller units, it has much more line capacity as well as increased horsepower giving more pulling power and greater line speeds.  This is a high performance unit that will get the job done.  It is powered by external hydraulic power source. 

 The Rig Powered Upright Surveyor Unit is a work horse on our customers Drilling Rigs. While similar in design to our smaller units, it has much more line capacity as well as increased horsepower giving more pulling power and greater

line speeds. This is a high performance unit that will get the job done. It is powered by external open loop hydraulic power source.

The Surveyor 1 Wireline Unit is a work horse on our customers drilling rigs. While similar in design to our smaller units, it has much more line capacity as well as increased horsepower giving more pulling power and greater line speeds. This is a high performance unit that will get the job done.  It can be powered by external electrical or open loop hydraulic power sourced. The motor and controls are explosion prof with UL/CSA approval.

 The Surveyor II Wireline Unit has a larger capacity drum and motor than the Surveyor which allows use of bigger lines for heavier work.  As with all of our equipment this winch is designed with operator safety in mind.  It can be powered by external electrical or open loop hydraulic power sourced.  The motor and controls are explosion prof with UL/CSA approval. 

 The Single Drum Wireline Unit is designed primarily for production related applications.  Our modular approach to the manufacture of this equipment affords you many options which affect the cost, performance, line capacity and weight of these units.  Power pack and winches can be mounted on a single skid or on multiple skids for operational areas where lighter lifts are necessary such as offshore satellite platforms and remote jungle locations.  These units are suitable for running gauges, broaching, paraffin cutting, running BHP/BHT gauges, etc.
